Restaurant Manager Alexander Winkler
Since 2012 Alexander Winkler is managing his father’s Gourmet Restaurant with charm and high professional competence. After his first experiences in the service of his father’s restaurant he started his career in the famous "Hotel Traube Tonbach" (Black Forest). Then he learned the refinements and subtleties of his fathers "Cuisine Vitale" as Chef de Partie Saucier in the Residenz Heinz Winkler.
2006 he proved his abilities as restaurant manager first in the starred "Waldhotel Sonnora" in Dreis and then in the "Restaurant Garden" in the "Bayerischer Hof in Munich" and in the "Restaurants 181" in the Olympic Tower in Munich.
And now Alexander Winkler is the perfect host in the Residenz Heinz Winkler.
Mountain Terrace
The mountain terrace with a Mediterranean flair offers a stunning view of the Kampenwand, a massif of literally perfect proportions. Entwined by rose blossoms and lavender bushes, this is the perfect place for a summer breakfast, a little lunch, a stimulating aperitif or your very personal occasion.
